Wine Review: Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc

OK, OK, so it’s been a really REALLY long time since I have posted anything. I was inspired to begin writing again because I have to tell you about my newest wine obsession this summer!

The weather this summer has been crazy and lately hotter than hot. With several weeks at 100+ degrees or close to it, I’ve been in pursuit of something cold, refreshing and interesting. So, I sought out a white wine that could quench my thirst. And I found it, Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc!

This wine is easy drinking and affordable. For sweet wine drinkers looking to expand your palate, this one could help you convert to the more sophisticated flavors of dry white wines.

It has classic Marlborough (New Zealand) Sauvignon Blanc aromas of bright citrus flavors, tropical fruit, and crushed herbs. It is a juicy wine with fresh, exciting acidity that will cool you down at the end of a hot day.
Pair this wine a light summer salad, grilled shrimp or lemon chicken. Needless to say, this is a wine that is perfect for all summer occasions!
What are you drinking this summer?
